Using PrintQuote Builder

You may use PrintQuote Builder to calculate, save, and share estimates for your own business. Keep your sign-in secure and do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Quotes and artwork approvals are your responsibility

PrintQuote Builder is a pricing and workflow aid, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking every quote, artwork proof, price, tax, and term you send to customers. When artwork is attached, an approval records the exact active proof version shown with that quote; uploading a revision requires a new customer approval.

Subscriptions

The founding plan is billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access normally continues through the paid billing period.

Availability and changes

PrintQuote Builder may change during beta. We may repair, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will make a reasonable effort to protect saved data and communicate material changes.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another shop’s private data or account.
• Do not upload or send content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not interfere with the service or use it to distribute spam or harmful content.
