• Your account identifier, email, and available display name.
• Your shop settings, pricing defaults, and saved quotes.
• Original artwork and protected proof files that you choose to attach to a quote.
• Customer contact details and quote responses that you choose to enter.
• Messages submitted through the support form.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PrintQuote Builder does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may provide transaction and customer details needed to verify a subscription or handle billing support.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, keep each shop’s records separate, verify paid access, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. PrintQuote Builder does not sell personal information.

Public quote links

Anyone with a customer approval link can view that specific quote, view its current watermarked artwork proof when one is attached, and submit a response. Share these links only with the intended customer. Original artwork, internal costs, profit details, formulas, and supplier information are not shown on the customer page.

Retention and requests

Records are kept while needed to provide the service and meet legitimate business or legal requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page.
